Shipping policy

All orders from DIY RPG Productions store ship from the United States.  

Once payment has been collected products will ship within 3-5 business days.  Orders made within the United States will be shipped via Priority Mail and generally take 1-3 days to arrive. 

Occasionally the day off, vacation, or Gen Con will delay fulfillments, but such delays will be posted on the eStore’s blog.

No order includes a tracking number unless you choose the Tracked shipping option. All Tracked shipments are Priority mailings.

For international purchases shipping rates will be calculated by Shopify Shipping during check out. 

Please note that pre-ordering items should be done as a separate transaction than items currently available.  Items will be bundled together to save on shipping which will cause a delay due to any pre-ordered merchandise.  

Make sure shipping address is correct.  If a book was sent to a wrong address due to customer error you will be bill the additional shipping charge.
